 The Security Pacific National Bank Building, located in Long Beach CA, will be transformed into an urban-upscale boutique hotel. In going along with the Downtown Plan of the city of Long Beach a hotel of this style would be more than welcomed by the planning commission.
The Grand Reserve Hotel & Spa, with its original architectural details and authentic elements will be complimented by classically inspired, modern décor. The design of the hotel will embrace the natural coastal environment visible by the organic design featured throughout the interiors, with a stylish modern twist. The historical exterior architectural features will remain intact. Once a bank, the main transaction area will become a grand lobby, the vault in the basement will be transformed into a tranquil spa, the remaining twelve stories into exquisite suites, and the rooftop will house a nightclub
and pool deck.
